Building a house could be a very stressful process if you are with the wrong builder, but our engagement with Smart Home Creations (SHC) from the very beginning has been a very smooth process. When we explain our requirements to Simon (Sales consultant) he explained to us what are our options, and mentioned that SHC finish build by 5-6 months, which sounded too good to be true, but they actually did that.

SHC team worked closely with us during the build process team is very knowledgeable and they understood our requirements really well, communicated to us regularly, giving us upgrade options and included us in all decisions and made really good suggestions. Most of the time we just had to agree with the plans as they have been designed tailored to our requirements. From the beginning of the project things were moving very fast and we were so happy with the progress of the build, we were surprised how they do this.

SHC team leader is a well organised very friendly professional who is very easy to work with. They have team of professionals who look for perfection.
